Opening for a Lease Auditor in the Real estate Industry.
Location: downtown Montreal Area.
Salary: $90,000-100,000 per year

Major Responsibilities:

- Assist in choosing invoice auditing.
- Lease audit preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of questionnaires essential to the audits.
- Verify accuracy of direct lease charges.
- Status reports.
- Generate reports (internal and external)
- Budget Review, review of direct charges, and review draft of lease documents.
- Update audit status.
